American Woman

The new show American Woman, set in the 1970's and starring Alicia Silverstone, Mena Suvari, and Jennifer Bartels, is not one to miss. I had the good fortune to guest star on episode 7 of the first season which airs in January. Thinking this might be a new look for me.

Mozart's Requiem with LACO

I'm thrilled to be acting with the L.A. Chamber Orchestra and L.A. Master Chorale on Thursday, February 18th at the Ambassador Auditorium in Pasadena. I will be playing Mozart as LACO conductor Jeffrey Kahane dissects Mozart's score for the audience followed by a performance of the full, completed Requiem after intermission. Left Foot, Right Foot, Repeat

I'm competing in the Olympic distance of the Nautica Malibu Triathlon on Saturday, September 13th. I've been training for the past 17 weeks with Team in Training and I've raised over $8,300 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma society. You can view my fundraising page here. It has been an incredible summer training and laughing with an amazing group of people.  Here are some shots:

That's Jessica Brizuela.  She's a music therapist and an amazing swimmer. If I have any speed in the water it's thanks to her pushing me every week in practice.

I call this one "Chasing Daya".  She's studying neuroscience, she's a yoga instructor, and she can fly.
